Your application must be accompanied by payment. Upon payment, you will receive an email with your log in user ID, password and a link to the online course and the online examination. You will have three months from the date of purchase to complete the course and submit the test. Upon passing the test with a score of at least 80%, you will receive 14 Continuing Education (CE) hours.
